    I enjoy eating pink grapefruit. I’ve never tried it as an aromatherapy. Interesting.

    • Hi J Thanks for the encouragement. I am keeping on top of the daily posts, with a lot of scheduling at the beginning of the month. I love pink grapefruit but also love to use the oil in my morning shower gel, it helps wake me up. I will take a look at your blog and put things into practice. Blessings JOy
